HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Buying at www.deportelowcost.shop is very simple:

  • Select the products you want to buy by entering the product file of each item. Choose your size, complete the order adding patches, accessories and / or personalization if applicable and click the add to cart button. In PERSONALIZATION you have to put NAME + NUMBER in capital letters. Check that the name is correct. It will not be possible to make changes once the order is formalized. You can add as many products as you want to the cart.

  • Once you have added all the products to the shopping cart, you just have to confirm the order.

  • If you are already registered in www.deportelowcost.shop you must identify yourself. If you are a new user, you must register previously. It is important that when registering you correctly fill in all the mandatory fields such as your personal data, telephone number and relevant information. This information is totally private and in no case is it transferred to third parties.

  • Once you confirm your details, the next step is to make the payment. At www.deportelowcost.shop we offer you different secure payment methods such as PayPal or credit card. (see payment methods)

Once the purchase is finished, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and from your user profile you will be able to track it in real time.

SHIPMENTS

Products are shipped directly from the factory and take approx 7-20 business days. to arrive at the destination, with the exception of those expressly indicated as EXPRESS SHIPPING 48H that may be sent in a period of 2/3 working days.

  • Together with the tracking number, the transport agency contracted for this purpose will be provided.

  • We ship worldwide.

  • We only work with certified shipments and reliable companies such as FedEx, Epacket, Correos, DHL, envialia, MRW, etc.

Incidents to take into account:

Transportation deadlines can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the

carrier and due to difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. If 40 working days have elapsed since your order is placed ( 5 working days for express shipments, please contact us to solve it.

  • All orders are carefully prepared and checked to match the customer's request prior to shipment.

  • It is not normal, but if you place an order with several items of different types, these may be delivered to the customer in different packages, since they may come from different factories.

  • Make sure you indicate the delivery address correctly. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery or loss of a package due to failure to indicate the delivery address.

  • When a delivery is not made because the recipient is absent from the address, the company leaves a notice to collect the package at the corresponding post office within a maximum period of 15 days. Once this period has elapsed, the package will be returned to the origin, without us receiving the package, so we cannot be responsible for its condition nor will we be entitled to a refund of money, new shipment or product exchange for this fact.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns or re-shipments will only be accepted on defective items that have not been used, which retain the original label and packaging and provided that it has been notified within the first 15 days of receipt of the order. Size errors on the part of the customer are not liable to be returned. Personalized items with private names or by express request of the client are not refunded.

In case of receiving a defective garment from the factory, you must notify it within the stipulated period, you will be given instructions to send the garment to us for review. Shipping will be at the customer's expense following our instructions. Once received, we will assess the condition of the item and, if it meets the established requirements, a new item will be sent and the amount considered for standard shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, the buyer must pay the shipping costs to his home again.

An undelivered order will only be reimbursed after 60 days have elapsed since the order was placed, or when the agency has officially notified the loss of the package . Refunds or returns are not accepted for orders that the customer has not picked up at the post office or the corresponding transport agency due to being absent at the time of delivery.
